71st Anniversary of Thurstan College

Thurstan College, Colombo celebrated her 71st anniversary today with a special celebration followed by a night of pirith chanting. The chief guest of the event was the Prime Minister of the country Hon. Mahinda Rajapaksha, who is also a past pupil of the college.

Schools in Galle Education Division closed for three days

A decision has been taken to close all schools within the Galle Education Division for three days from tomorrow (07).
